First Nation Chef David Wolfman specializes in Indigenous Fusion:  "Traditional Foods with a Modern Twist," as featured on the nationally televised cooking show, Cooking with the Wolfman, currently airing on FNX in the US.  His show aired for 17 years on APTN in Canada.

David is also a college professor of culinary arts, a culinary consultant, and workshop facilitator,
